Outsourcing for Business

Outsourcing is an established way of doing business today, allowing companies to maximize their budgets and resources - and generate better products. outsourcing simply means acquiring a product or service rather than producing it in-house. Outsourcing is suitable for just about any industry. Many companies that choose to outsource do so because they don't have or can't attract the people skills they need. Subcontracting gives them access to a much greater pool of resources. It also enables companies to cut cost by 10 to 30 percent, depending on the industry.it helps to increase flexibility to meet changing business conditions.it helps in Greater control of budget. Production of each variety of consumer good requires a unique, specialized component. Vertically integrated firms can manufacture the components they need in the quantity and type that maximizes profits, but they face a relatively high cost due to diseconomies of scope. Specialized firms can produce at lower cost, but outsourcing imposes costs due to search frictions and imperfect contracting. IT outsourcing has been one of the main areas that businesses have relied on external vendors. More recently, other areas of the company have begun to be outsourced, including payroll, human resources and other functional areas that are determined to not be part of the company's main business. Contact A-1 Technology, Inc for software outsourcing services.A-1 technology also deals with offshore outsourcing, offshore software development and software development outsourcing

Bienvenue

Just a general hello and welcome to my Blog. I have to admit, it gets kinda addicting the more time you spend writing putting down your thoughts, for the world to see; the more I almost feel inclined to do it. I'm trying to get a group of some of my closest friends together so that we can all stay in touch and write about each other and keep each other knowledgeable about each others life. This way when the rush of life gets to us we'll still have the moments shared through our blogs. The older I get and the more time passes, and my friends fade from best friends, to friends and friends to high school buddies and then to acquaintances. I'm learning that one of the most important things to me are those friendships that molded who I am. Now, everything in life affects us one way or another. We are always in a constant state of learning; whether its how we'll respond to others or how we'll respond to ourselves. Those of you that I have called friend are people that I have sweated with, toiled, struggled, loved, and cherished. Those that I have history w/ good or bad that has come to define who we are to each other. Yes, I call you friend. You will always have a home with me. Someone who'll listen and give advice if its needed. Someone will call it like they see it, yet call it in your favor when you need it. You who have helped me through difficult times when I have struggled. I treasure you all and will always. Don't feel left out if our friendship is a recent development, I just look at that as a work in progress. We'll share our own history and some day laugh about our conquests and defeats. I miss you all. Take care of yourselves and goodbye......... For now...... R-mon Etame'

Today

Today Allen, the vet, came and floated Pebbles's teeth. She also got her shots. We were talking about college and stuff.Since I want to train racehorses, Allen said he knows quite a few trainers and people in the industy. He can introduce me to them and help me get my foot in the door. So once I find out what days I will work at the horse farm this summer, I will hopefully get to meet some of these people.Well, it is kinda raining now, i wonder if it will stop by this evening. oh well, it really doesn't matter to me,I don't think I'm doing anythinganyway.

Cat & Mouse

Yesterday morning as I was getting ready for work, I noticed one of my neighbor's 4 cats pouncing around the lawn in my backyard. Not unusual, but the cat was especially animated -- jumping high and in tight circles; in a word, playful. I soon realized that the cat was playing with something. I looked closer and really hoped his toy was not what I thought. Alas, it was. The cat was playing with a dead mouse. Yuck.I headed off to work with my fingers crossed hopingthat both the cat and the dead mouse would no longer be in my backyard when I returned home later that evening. When I returned home, the cat was nowhere to be seen. As for the mouse, no such luck. The little corpse was still on the lawn, evidence the cat became bored and had moved on to another toy. So, what to do with the dead mouse? My first thought was to notify my neighbor her cat left this dead mouse on my lawn with the expectation that it is her problem to resolve, i.e., you need to get it out of my backyard! The second option involved thoughts of my using a dust pan to pick it up and then fling it over the fence to her backyard thereby making it her problem and no longer mine. Quite the visual, don't you think? Unfortunately, the haunting notion of karma kick-back looms. Lastly, I could use the dust pan to deposit the mouse into a bag and place it in my own garbage can. The last option would be the best and certainly the most mature on my part. However, call me a wimp, but I'm squeamish when it comes to things like dead animals.I left the mouse on my lawn and headed to work again today very much hoping it would no longer be there when I returned from work. Admittedly, avoidance issues are clearly illustrated here. At this very moment, the dead mouse remains on my lawn untouched by either its murderer or me.Even moreoptions came to mind. The corpse is bio-degradable, right? It could just stay there until it completely decomposes. Or, perhaps I could schedule the gardeners sooner than usual? It's been a busy week, and, while I'm clearly hopeful this situation will resolve itself, by this time tomorrow it will be the weekend and I'll have to face the music. I'm just not sure which method to use. Paraphrasing Scarlet O'Hara, I'll think about that tomorrow.

I think she is going to be able to stay until Thursday before heading back home. Long distance is tough... But you just have to keep talking. We talk every night. It's amazing that we never run out of things to talk about! I am so lucky to have found someone like Moe!
